No Volume Limitations. Any Investor, or any Affiliates of any Investor, that purchase Shares hereunder shall not be subject to any volume restrictions related to any securities of the Company that are purchased hereunder or were held prior to the date hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Investors shall continue to be required to comply with all federal securities laws with respect to any sales of securities.
