No Voluntary Adverse Action. You agree that you will not voluntarily (except in response to legal compulsion) assist any person in bringing or pursuing any proposed or pending litigation, arbitration, administrative claim or other formal proceeding against the Company, its parent or subsidiary entities, affiliates, officers, directors, employees or agents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may cooperate with, or participate in any proceeding before any Governmental Agency or as required by compulsion of law.
