No Voting or Dividend Rights. Nothing contained in this Option Agreement shall be construed as conferring upon the Executive the right to vote or to consent or to receive notice as a shareholder of the Company or any other matters or any rights whatsoever as a shareholder of the Company. No dividends or interest (if any) shall be payable or accrued in respect of the Options or the interest represented hereby or the Common Shares purchasable hereunder until, and only to the extent that, the Options shall have been validly exercised.
