Common use of No Voting Rights/Dividends Clause in Contracts

No Voting Rights/Dividends. The Award shall not be interpreted to bestow upon the Employee any equity interest or ownership in the Company prior to the Payment Date. Once the Unit Award and the Dividend Equivalent Award have become Vested and the shares of Common Stock underlying those Awards have been delivered, but not until such time and only with respect to the shares of Common Stock so delivered, the Employee shall have the rights of a stockholder, including, but not limited to, the right to vote and receive dividends.
