Common use of No Voting Trusts or Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Voting Trusts or Agreements. Between the date of this Agreement and the Expiration Date, the Stockholder will not, and will not permit any entity under the Stockholder’s control to, deposit any shares of Oak capital stock held by the Stockholder or such entity in a voting trust or subject any shares of Oak capital stock held by the Stockholder or such entity to any arrangement or agreement with respect to the voting of such shares of capital stock, other than agreements entered into with Xxxxx, unless the trustee of such trust agrees in writing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
