Common use of No Voting Trusts Clause in Contracts

No Voting Trusts. Each of the Stockholders severally agrees that such Stockholder will not, nor will such Stockholder permit any Person under such Stockholder's control to, deposit any of such Stockholder's Subject Shares in a Voting trust or subject any of such Stockholder's Subject Shares to any arrangement with respect to the Voting of the Subject Shares inconsistent with this Agreement.
