No Waiver and Cumulative Remedies. NNo waiver of this Agreement or any of its terms is valid or enforceable unless reduced to writing and signed by the Party who is alleged to have waived its rights. Any such waiver is not to be deemed a continuing waiver of any other breach or default in the performance of any of the same or other obligations hereunder. All remedies relating to this Agreement are cumulative and in addition to any legal or equitable remedy otherwise available to the Parties.
