NO WAIVER BY COUNTY. Subject to Paragraph 9. (Disputes) of these General Conditions, inspections or approvals, or statements by any officer, agent or employee of County indicating Contractor's performance or any part thereof complies with the requirements of this Contract, or acceptance of the whole or any part of said performance, or payments therefor, or any combination of these acts, do not relieve Contractor's obligation to fulfill this Contract as prescribed; nor is the County thereby prevented from bringing any action for damages or enforcement arising from any failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Contract.
