No Waiver by First Priority Secured Parties. Other than with respect to the Second Priority Permitted Actions, nothing contained herein shall prohibit or in any way limit the First Priority Agent or any other First Priority Secured Party from opposing, challenging or objecting to, in any Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding or otherwise, any action taken, or any claim made, by the Second Priority Agent or any other Second Priority Secured Party, including any request by the Second Priority Agent or any other Second Priority Secured Party for adequate protection or any exercise by the Second Priority Agent or any other Second Priority Secured Party of any of its rights and remedies under the Second Priority Debt Documents or otherwise.
