No Waiver by Landlord. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to be a waiver by Landlord of its statutory lien to rent, and the remedies, rights and privileges of Landlord in the case of default of Tenant as set forth above shall not be exclusive and in addition thereto Landlord may also exercise and enforce all its rights at law or in equity which it may otherwise have as a result of Tenant’s default hereunder.
