No Waiver; Consents. Any waiver by Commission must be in writing and will not be construed as a continuing waiver. No waiver will be implied from any delay or failure by Commission to take action on account of any default of Borrower. Consent by Commission to any act or omission by Borrower will not be construed to be a consent to any other or subsequent act or omission or to waive the requirement for Commission's consent to be obtained in any future or other instance.
