No Waiver; Consents. Any waiver by the Lender must be in writing and will not be construed as a continuing waiver. No waiver will be implied from any delay or failure by the Lender to take action on account of any default of the Borrower. Consent by the Lender to any act or omission by the Borrower will not be construed to be a consent to any other or subsequent act or omission or to waive the requirement for the Lender's consent to be obtained in any future or other instance. However, the Lender reserves the right to waive any requirement, if it determines in its sole discretion that such waiver is advisable.
