Common use of No Waiver; Cumulative Nature of Remedies Clause in Contracts

No Waiver; Cumulative Nature of Remedies. No failure or delay on the part of any Guaranteed Party in exercising any of its rights and remedies under this Agreement, any of the Loan Documents, or otherwise with respect to any of the Guaranteed Obligations shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right under this Agreement, the Loan Documents, or otherwise with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedies. The rights and remedies provided in this Agreement and otherwise with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights and remedies provided by law.
