No Waiver; Delay. To be effective, any waiver by Lenders must be expressed in a writing executed by Administrative Agent (with the approval of Required Lenders). Once a Default occurs under the Loan Documents, then such Default will continue to exist until it either is cured (to the extent specifically permitted) in accordance with the Loan Documents or is otherwise expressly waived by Lenders (in their sole and absolute discretion) in writing; and once an Event of Default occurs under the Loan Documents, then such Event of Default will continue to exist until it is expressly waived by Lenders (in their sole and absolute discretion) in writing.
