Common use of No Waiver; Enforceability Clause in Contracts

No Waiver; Enforceability. No failure by the Lender Parties to exercise, and no delay in exercising, any right, remedy or power hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy or power hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right. The remedies herein provided are cumulative and not exclusive of any remedies provided by law or in equity. The unenforceability or invalidity of any provision of this Guaranty shall not affect the enforceability or validity of any other provision herein. Subject to the terms hereof and of the Loan Agreement, any right, remedy, power or privilege of the Lender Parties hereunder may be exercised by the Administrative Agent or the Required Banks.
