No Waiver; Limitation. (a) Subject to Sections 3.1(a), 3.2(a), and the other provisions of Section 6, nothing contained herein shall prohibit or in any way limit any Agent or any other Claimholder from objecting in any Insolvency Proceeding involving a Grantor to any action taken by the other Agent or any other Claimholder, including the seeking by the other Agent or any other Claimholder of adequate protection or the assertion by the other Agent or any other Claimholder of any of its rights and remedies under the Term Loan Documents or the ABL Documents, as applicable.
