Common use of No Waiver; Modification Clause in Contracts

No Waiver; Modification. The waiver of the breach of any term or condition of this Agreement shall not be deemed to constitute the waiver of any other or subsequent breach of the same or any other term or condition. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless made in writing and signed by the other party against whom such waiver or modification is to be enforced.
