Common use of NO WAIVER OF COMMON LAW OR STATUTORY PROTECTION Clause in Contracts

NO WAIVER OF COMMON LAW OR STATUTORY PROTECTION. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to weaken or waive any of the Company's rights or protections that may be accorded by statute or common law as regards the conduct of the Employee with respect to the Company's business, investors, customers, clients, joint venture partners, employees, consultants, or contractors. The Employee authorizes the Company to disclose this Agreement to any person at any time, including without limitation any employer or prospective employer of the Employee.
