Common use of No Waiver of Defaults Clause in Contracts

No Waiver of Defaults. Except as set forth in Section 2.1 above, this Third Amendment does not constitute (a) a waiver of, or a consent to, (i) any provision of the Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document not expressly referred to in this Third Amendment, or (ii) any present or future violation of, or Default under, any provision of the Loan Documents, or (b) a waiver of Agent’s or any Lender’s right to insist upon future compliance with each term, covenant, condition and provision of the Loan Documents.
