No Waiver of Rights by Lessor Sample Clauses

No Waiver of Rights by Lessor. No failure of Lessor to exercise any power given Lessor hereunder or to insist upon strict compliance by Lessee with its undertakings, duties and obligations hereunder, and no custom or practice of the parties hereto at variance with the provisions hereof shall constitute a waiver of Lessor’s right to demand exact compliance with the provisions contained in this Lease.
