No Waiver of Rights By PG&E. No right or power of PG&E under this agreement shall be deemed to have been waived by any act or conduct on the part of PG&E, or by any neglect to exercise a right or power, or by any delay in doing so, and every right or power of PG&E hereunder shall continue in full force and effect until specifically waived or released in a written document executed by PG&E.
