NO WAIVER OR AMENDMENT. 1.47.1 No failure to exercise or enforce and no delay in exercising or enforcing on the part of SFP of any right, power or privilege shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall it in any way prejudice or affect the right of SFP afterwards to act strictly in accordance with the powers conferred on SFP under these terms and conditions, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege of SFP preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege of SFP.
