No Waiver or Marshalling. Proceed against Borrower or any Collateral in such order and at such time or times as it may at its discretion deem to be in its best interest without liability for loss by reason of delay or its order of proceeding or otherwise. Borrower hereby waives any right to require the marshalling of assets in connection with the exercise of any of the remedies permitted by applicable law.
No Waiver or Marshalling. No delay, failure or omission of Lender to exercise any right upon the occurrence of any Potential Event of Default or Event of Default shall impair any such right or shall be construed to be a waiver of any such Potential Event of Default or Event of Default or an acquiescence therein. No single, partial or full exercise of any right of Lender shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof. Each Borrower hereby waives any right to require Lender to mars▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ of the Collateral or otherwise to compel Lender to seek recourse against or satisfaction of the Indebtedness from one source before seeking recourse or satisfaction from another source.
