No Waiver or Modification. None of the Parties shall be deemed to have waived any rights or remedies accruing to it hereunder unless such waiver is in writing and signed by such Party. Any waiver by any Party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by another Party shall not be held to constitute a course of conduct or a waiver of a subsequent breach of that or any other provision.
