No Waiver; Severability. Any failure by Lessor to insist, or any election by Lessor not to insist, upon strict performance by Lessee of any of the terms, provisions or conditions of the Security Documents shall not be deemed to be a waiver of same or any other terms, provisions or conditions thereof, and Lessor shall have the right at any time or times thereafter to insist upon strict performance by Lessee of any and all such terms, provisions and conditions. The Security Documents are intended to be performed in accordance with, and only to the extent permitted by, all applicable legal requirements. If any provision of any of the Security Documents or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall, for any reason and to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, then neither the remainder of the instrument in which such provision to other persons or circumstances nor the other instruments referred to herein shall be affected thereby, but rather, shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.
