Common use of No Waiver; Severability Clause in Contracts

No Waiver; Severability. The failure of Buyer to insist upon the performance of any provision of this Purchase Order, or to exercise any right or privilege granted to the Buyer under this Purchase Order or by law, shall not be construed as waiving such provision or any other provision of this Purchase Order, and the same shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of this Purchase Order is found to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable by any court or other judicial or administrative body, the other provisions of this Purchase Order shall not be affected thereby, and shall remain in full force and effect. Where this Purchase Order provides rights and remedies to Buyer, such rights and remedies shall be in addition to any other rights and remedies provided at law or elsewhere in this Purchase Order and shall not be construed as Buyer’s exclusive rights or remedies.
