No Waiver Unless in Writing. 25.1 No provision of this Contract and no breach by either party of any such provision will be deemed to have been waived unless such waiver is in writing signed by the other party. The written waiver of a party of any breach of any provision of this Contract by the other party must not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or of any other provision of this Contract.
