No Waivers of Rights of First Lien Secured Parties. Nothing contained herein shall prohibit or in any way limit any First-Lien Collateral Agent, any First- Lien Authorized Representative or any other First-Lien Secured Party from objecting in any Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding or otherwise to any action taken by any Junior-Lien Secured Party, any Junior-Lien Collateral Agent or any Junior-Lien Authorized Representative, including the seeking by any Junior-Lien Secured Party of adequate protection or the assertion by any Junior-Lien Secured Party of any of its rights and remedies under the Junior-Lien Debt Documents or otherwise.
