Except for warranty liability under applicable law and except for warranty liability under the warranties issued by the Company of the types described on Schedule 5.30, the Company has no liability to any person under any warranty and the Company does not offer or sell insurance or consumer protection plans or other arrangements that could result in the Company being required to make any payment to or perform any service for any person.
