Common use of No Warranty by Lender Clause in Contracts

No Warranty by Lender. By accepting or approving anything required to be observed, performed or fulfilled by Borrower or to be given to Lender pursuant to this Agreement, including any certificate, Survey, receipt, appraisal or insurance policy, Lender shall not be deemed to have warranted or represented the sufficiency, legality, effectiveness or legal effect of the same, or of any term, provision or condition thereof and any such acceptance or approval thereof shall not be or constitute any warranty or representation with respect thereto by Lender.

No Warranty by Lender. By accepting or approving anything required to be observed, performed or fulfilled by Borrower or to be given to Lender pursuant to this Loan Agreement, including including, without limitation, any certificate, Surveybalance sheet, statement of profit and loss or other financial statement, survey, receipt, appraisal or insurance policy, Lender shall not be deemed to have warranted or represented the sufficiency, legality, effectiveness or legal effect of the same, or of any term, provision or condition thereof thereof, and any such acceptance or approval thereof shall not be or constitute any warranty or representation with respect thereto by Lender.

By accepting or approving anything required to be observed, performed or fulfilled by Borrower or to be given to Lender Guarantor pursuant to this AgreementAgreement or any other Loan Documents, including including, without limitation, any plans, specifications, certificate, Surveyfinancial information, survey, receipt, appraisal or insurance policy, the Lender shall not be deemed to have warranted or represented the sufficiency, legality, effectiveness or legal effect of the same, or of any term, provision or condition thereof and any thereof. Any such acceptance or approval thereof shall not be or constitute any warranty or representation with respect thereto by the Lender.
