Common use of No Warranty or Representation Clause in Contracts

No Warranty or Representation. Seller shall convey Seller's interests in and to the Real Property Assets to Buyer subject to the Permitted Encumbrances and without any warranty of title, express or implied, except as to claims by, through and under Seller, but not otherwise, as provided in the form of Assignment, Xxxx of Sale and Conveyance attached as Exhibit C hereto. Seller makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the information, records and data now, heretofore or hereafter made available to Buyer in connection with this Agreement (including, without limitation, any description of the Real Property Assets, pricing assumptions, potential for production of Hydrocarbons from the Subject Interests, prospects for LGG, or any other matters contained in any other material furnished to Buyer by Seller or by Seller's agents or representatives).
