Common use of No Waste / Delivery of Leased Premises by Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

No Waste / Delivery of Leased Premises by Xxxxxx. Tenant will, at Xxxxxx’s expense, take good care of the Leased Premises and the fixtures and appurtenances therein, and will cause no active or permissive waste or injury thereof or thereto. At the end of the Term or earlier termination hereof, Tenant shall deliver the Leased Premises to Landlord in good repair and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted pursuant to the terms hereof.
