No Willful Actions Clause Samples

No Willful Actions. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, no limitation of liability provided in this Article 10 shall apply to any misrepresentation or breach of warranty contained herein, or any misrepresentation or breach of warranty contained in any certificate or other instrument furnished in connection with this Agreement, if such misrepresentation or breach of warranty was made with falsity to mislead or deceive.
