No Withdrawal of Capital Contribution. Except as otherwise provided in this LLC Agreement, the Managing Member shall not withdraw any Capital Contributions without the consent of all the Members. The Managing Member shall not receive any drawing with respect to its Capital Contributions except as otherwise provided in this LLC Agreement.
