No Withdrawals or Resignations. No Member may withdraw or resign from the Company. If a Member wrongfully withdraws or resigns as a Member, that Member shall have no right to receive any distribution or any payment for the fair value of its Membership Interest other than such distributions or payments as are made to all Members pursuant to this Agreement.
