No Withholding Tax. [The][Neither the] Issuer [nor the Guarantor] is [not] required by any law or regulation of, or any relevant taxing authority or any political subdivision or any authority thereof having the power to tax in, the Issuer’s [or the Guarantor’s] taxing jurisdiction [as applicable] or any political subdivision or taxing authority of or in any of the foregoing to make any withholding or deduction from any payment due under the Notes or any Programme Agreement [to which it is a party] for or on account of any taxes or duties of whatever nature.
