Common use of Noise and Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Noise and Nuisance. Residents agree not to make any excessive noise or to create any nuisance such as will disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors. If the apartment is issued more than 1 noise complaint from either the City of Milwaukee or Metro Investments, Metro Investments may charge the tenants a penalty of $400.00, and/or terminate the lease given 14 days written notice. If Metro Investments decides to evict under these circumstances, tenants are financially responsible for any time the apartment is un-leased for the period of the leasing contract.
