Noise & Odor Control. Contractor understands and acknowledges that events and activities occurring in the Center will take precedence over the SOW to be performed. Therefore, if the noise or odors caused by performance of the SOW is unacceptable to Corporation’s clients or interferes with use of the Center, Contractor agrees it shall cease its work immediately upon Corporation’s request.
