Noise Restriction Periods. The start of construction and related noise is prohibited during the following time periods: (1) Sunday in its entirety. (2) Before 9:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays. (3) Before 8:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays.
