NOISES AND OTHER NUISANCES. Tenant shall not make or permit any noise or odor that is objectionable to Landlord or to other occupants of the Building to emanate from said Premises, and shall not create nor maintain a nuisance therein, and shall not disturb, solicit nor canvass any occupant of the Building, and shall not do any act tending to injure the reputation of the Building.

Tenant shall not make or permit any noise unnecessary or odor disturbing noises or allow loud music or odors that is are objectionable to Landlord or to other occupants tenants of the Building or the Property to emanate from said the Building or the Premises, and shall not create nor or maintain a nuisance therein, and shall not disturb, solicit nor or canvass any occupant of the Building, Building and shall not do any act tending to injure the reputation of the BuildingProperty.

Tenant shall not install or operate and phonograph, musical instrument, radio or television receiver of similar device in the Complex not to be disturbed or annoyed.
