Noises, Odors and Other Matters. Licensee shall not permit any noises, music, odors, or other matters to occur at or about the Premises so as to bother or annoy other building occupants or members of the public. Licensee shall not permit or suffer any flammable, toxic or otherwise hazardous materials to be used, located, or stored at or on the Premises or the adjacent parking lot.
