Nominated Contact Person Clause Samples
Nominated Contact Person. Each Party shall appoint a nominated person (the “Nominated Contact Person”) to act as the initial contact point for such Party for all issues connected to the Agreement. The names of each Party’s Nominated Contact Person are to be recorded in Annex 4 (Contact and invoicing details). Each Party may replace its Nominated Contact Person at any time in accordance with Article 33.
Nominated Contact Person. The parties shall maintain at all times, a one-point contact for the other Party. Any change in the contacts will be promptly notified to the other party. Any information or notice given to the nominated contact person of a party shall be considered to have been given to such party and to be within its knowledge.
