Common use of NOMINATED OFFICERS Clause in Contracts

NOMINATED OFFICERS. 5.1 The Authority‟s Representative shall be the person named in paragraph 1.1 of The Contacts Schedule, or such other person that the Authority may nominate having given 14 days notice to the Contractor. 5.2 The Contractor‟s Representative shall be the person named in paragraph 2.1 of The Contacts Schedule, or such other person that the Contractor may nominate having given 14 days notice to the Authority.
