Common use of Nominated Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Nominated Subcontractors. In this sub-clause, “nominated Subcontractor” means a Subcontractor whom the Engineer, under clause 13 [Variations and Adjustments], instructs the Contractor to employ as a Subcontractor.
