NOMINATION AGREEMENT. 3.1 The parties shall enter into and sign the Nomination Agreement attached in schedule 2 for each Property purchased under this Agreement, within 20 working days of Completion date.
3.2 In the event that the Nomination Agreement has not been signed and agreed within the 20 working days, WCH shall forthwith return the Grant received for that Property to WBC.
