Nomination of Contracted Options. 1.1 The VIPP Supplier shall nominate their Contracted Options as Active Options, Exercisable Options or Relinquished Options. 1.1.1 The Contracted Option Nomination must be received by ESB 10 days prior to the start of each month. Subject to Section 1.1.5, if in any month a valid Contract Option Nomination is not received, then the last valid Contract Option Nomination shall be deemed to be the Contract Option Nomination for that month.
