Non-Acceptance of Third-Party Terms and Conditions. ‌‌‌ If Licensee does not accept third party terms and conditions when prompted for during Software installation, Licensee must return immediately the content of the package received to Famic or to the Vendors that supplied the Products. Licensee acknowledges and agrees to immediately delete from its computer(s) all downloaded content that is part of the Products.
