Common use of Non-accountable Expenses Clause in Contracts

Non-accountable Expenses. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.5(a), on the Closing Date it will reimburse the Representative for its out-of-pocket expenses related to the Offering in an amount up to $120,000, $15,000 of which has been paid prior to the date hereof, which shall be paid by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

Non-accountable Expenses. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.5(a4.6(b), on the Closing Date it will reimburse pay to the Representative for its outa non-of-pocket expenses related to the Offering in an amount up accountable expense allowance equal to $120,000, $15,000 175,000 from the sale of which has been paid prior to the date hereof, which shall be paid Public Securities by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

Non-accountable Expenses. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.5(a4.6(a), on the Closing Date it will reimburse pay to the Representative up to $150,000 for its out-of-out of pocket expenses related to the Offering in an amount up to ($120,000, $15,000 50,000 of which has been paid on or prior to the date hereof, which shall be paid ) by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.5(a4.6(a), on the Closing Date it will reimburse the Representative for its out-of-pocket expenses related to the Offering in an amount up to $120,00080,000, $15,000 of which has been paid prior to the date hereof, which shall be paid by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

Non-accountable Expenses. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.5(a)3.7.1, on the Closing Date it will reimburse pay to the Representative for its outa non-of-pocket expenses related to the Offering in an amount up accountable expense allowance equal to $120,000, $15,000 of which has been paid prior to the date hereof, which shall be paid 170,000 by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

Non-accountable Expenses. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.5(a4.6(a), on the Closing Date it will reimburse pay to the Representative for its outa non-of-pocket expenses related to the Offering in an amount up accountable expense allowance equal to $120,000, $15,000 of which has been paid prior to the date hereof, which shall be paid 115,000 by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.
