Accordingly, nothing in this Contract is intended to, or shall be construed as to, appoint the AGENCY as an agent of the COUNTY. Additionally, no review or approval of the AGENCY’s services, requests for reimbursement, reports, or records by the COUNTY may be construed as the COUNTY appointing the AGENCY as an agent of the COUNTY.
