NON-ALIENATION CLAUSE. To not sell, assign or convey any part or all of the mortgaged premises (regardless of whether the buyer or assignee “assumes” the note or takes the mortgage premises “subject to” such note, or whether by contract for deed or sale) without first obtaining the Beneficiary’s prior written consent as long as the above note, or any part, or any other sum owed to the Beneficiary, remain unpaid. If Grantor is a corporation, not to change the substantial ownership and/or control of said corporation without first obtaining the Beneficiary’s prior written consent as long as the above note, or any part, or any other sums owed to the Beneficiary, remain unpaid.
